Paul was actively pursuing success as the lead guitarist in a band called boyd RockeT. Jason, a good friend of Paul’s, had cut his teeth playing bass in a couple of bands, most notably Space Monkey Mafia and Burn Factory.
Jason, while not a true member of boyd RockeT, was invited to sit in with them from time to time, and even went as far as to do some live audience performances with them.
